Thanks for your kind comments, I'm sure you will enjoy making your own version of this, it's much easier than it looks. I started by cutting 6.5 inch squares of nine different fabrics and sewing them together to create a traditional nine patch block. Then measure the block to find the centre and cut the block in half top to bottom through the middle column. Now do the same through the middle column side to side. You will have created four mini blocks each having one large square, two rectangles and one small square. Rearrange these until you find a placement that pleases you and sew them back together into a single block. Repeat until you have as many blocks as you need and then sew the blocks together. I would encourage you to have a go as it is easy to put together but looks as though you have spent ages cutting lots of different sized pieces. Good luck
